What a blechy day out there.
I start my day with coffee and computer time.
My screen saver is me and Tim last year on my 50th birthday.
Brian spent the day repainting the main bathroom.
The color is Lazy Gray by Sherwin Williams.
Baking Snickerdoodle bread and eating a grapefruit - I eat one just about every
day in the winter. Love them!
Brian taking a break from painting...eating lunch and reading the Sunday paper.
Monkey loves to lie on newspapers. He jumped up on the kitchen table (which he's
not allowed to do, but he looked so cute and comfortable, I let him stay) and made
himself at home.
I actually did a dreadmill workout...
Winding down our day with a simple supper ~ roasted veggie pizza
(California Pizza Kitchen frozen) and a glass of wine.

It sounds like you had a nice, relaxing day at home today...yes, the weather was miserable looking. Your bread looks delicious and hurray for Brian painting the bath, I love that shade of gray. Love that picture of you and Tim on your screensaver...he takes after you in looks.
ReplyDeleteI tried to post tonight and my pictures stopped uploading halfway. I wasted so much time fiddling with it. So I'll try again tomorrow. Grrrr...
XO,
Jane
You are actually the first person who's said that Tim looks like me! I think if you saw both Tim and Brian in person, you'd probably think Tim looks more like Brian.
DeleteUgh, that is really aggravating about your pictures. Hopefully, you will have better luck tomorrow!

I have two of the blue birds - this small one, and then a much larger one. Both found at Goodwill! :-)
DeleteThose are the best kinds of days! Sometimes we stay in our PJ's for most of the day if we don't have to go out anywhere. Now that's relaxing :)
ReplyDeleteYour bread looks so good. You should do a post on it with the recipe for us!
The recipe link is posted in the comments above...and found on Pinterest!
