Hey Melanie! Funny, this post is about downsizing because recently we have made our decision. We're moving out of our large home and building a villa! I'm so excited! I'm done with "stuff" and want our small house and tiny yard to be manageable. It will take about 9-10 months so it will give us time to sort, pitch, and donate. I have physical issues and crawling up and down the steps for the past 6 months has not been fun in our 2 story colonial. Good luck with your decision!
