So it's the day after Thanksgiving and the afternoon looms ahead of me. I'm not a Black Friday shopper, the house is clean, laundry is in the dryer...so now what? Curling up on the couch with a good book sounds mighty good to me.
Am I in the mood for poetry?
Or, perhaps something inspirational?
New decorating ideas?
Hmm...or maybe some fiction?
I finally decided on Barbara Kingsolver's, The Lacuna. Looks like Monkey approves!
What are YOU reading these days?
I've been reading a book of fiction off and on for two months. Can't seem to find the time with the magazines that come in the mail. I like the way you have your books arranged.

My bookshelves were one of the first things put together in our new home. I just love overflowing bookshelves and enjoyed peeking at yours. I am reading The Villa in Italy by Elizabeth Edmondson. I am loving it and can highly recommend it. In fact, I just ordered 2 of her other novels from Amazon this morning.

At first glance I thought you had photos of MY bookshelves and stacks!!! LOL! Right now I'm reading The Cottage Tales of Beatrix Potter by Susan Albert Wittig. I'm on #6.
