I’ve been happy knowing that now daylight is getting longer!!! I love winter always have and I also like doing activities I don’t do otherwise...getting organized, sewing and winding down and enjoy household arts such as cooking etc!Cathy @ My 1929 Charmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05152030881064923919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6201144666881866355.post-46156618990813516872018-12-24T18:08:58.078-08:002018-12-24T18:08:58.078-08:00Lovely words my friend. I’m fortunate that I don’t suffer from SAD although both my daughters do to some extent. I think for me it’s a rest from all the hard work I do all spring, summer, fall...it’s a chance to rest, read, cook, nest...I need that break. I am trying to embrace the cold and darkness but I am just some one that needs the light. Hopefully we will have more sunshine in those beginning months to get us through until Spring.
Hugs and Merry Christmas.
KrisJunkchiccottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13312068546640480844noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6201144666881866355.post-4066904414543293502018-12-22T08:05:24.540-08:002018-12-22T08:05:24.540-08:00I am not a big fan of winter either, but I am tryi...I am not a big fan of winter either, but I am trying to embrace the cozy quiet too. Most humans are no longer following the natural rhythms of the seasons or of the sun and the moon. I don't particularly like that this season brings darkness so early but can certainly relate to needing time for quiet reflection. It's something I need each and every day. :) Tammy@T's Daily Treasureshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01474928708908027789noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6201144666881866355.post-2922305649907609172018-12-22T07:30:11.334-08:002018-12-22T07:30:11.334-08:00I agree about finally appreciating it for what it ...I agree about finally appreciating it for what it is. Therapy has helped me with this. Also, knowing that the days are now slowly getting longer minute by minute helps as well. :) Kari https://www.blogger.com/profile/02492014448139890827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6201144666881866355.post-85846622548629435792018-12-22T05:53:35.329-08:002018-12-22T05:53:35.329-08:00Love this.
